After much anticipation, the finalists of the inaugural Employee Experience Awards 2025, Indonesia, have been unveiled!
With established roots in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and most recently Thailand, the Employee Experience Awards stands as the sole peer-reviewed HR accolade in the region, spotlighting the foundational pillars of EX. #EmployeeExperienceAwards pays homage to the remarkable dedication of HR practitioners across the region in effectuating and reshaping four fundamental elements integral to a comprehensive EX strategy: leadership, learning, engagement, and talent acquisition.

The competition was fierce, with an impressive range of forward-thinking submissions judged by a distinguished panel of HR leaders. Entrants showcased strategies that not only address workplace challenges but also deliver transformative impact across the industry. The finalists reflect the best in employee experience, setting new benchmarks for organisations striving to enhance their workforce.
The judging panel had high praise for this year’s entries, highlighting the creative and strategic excellence on display. Let's have a look at what some of our jury members have had to say about the entries:
Sumia, Chief Human Capital and Operation Officer, Bank KEB Hana Indonesia, shared: "It was an honour to be part of the judging panel for the Employee Experience Awards 2025.
