For Robby Purbantoro (pictured above), a career in Human Resources was not always the original plan. In the earliest stage of his career, HR was not his dream job, but as he gained experience, he found a deeper sense of purpose in the profession.
Today, Robby is an accomplished Human Resources executive with extensive experience in human capital strategy, organisational transformation, and leadership development. Having worked across the technology, manufacturing, and agribusiness sectors, he has built a career focused on connecting people strategies with business priorities and strengthening leadership capability across organisations.
He currently serves as Human Resources Director at PT Sreeya Sewu Indonesia.
