Finding the right fit: HRO's listing of top HR partners in the region, 2026

Bookmark this if you manage teams in Singapore or Malaysia, are exploring regional expansion, or simply want to stay informed about the HR solutions landscape.

Behind every effective HR function is often a network of partners helping turn people strategies into meaningful outcomes.

From streamlining everyday operations and strengthening employee engagement to developing talent and integrating new technologies, HR solution providers play an important role in helping organisations respond to changing workforce needs. They bring expertise, fresh perspectives, and capabilities that help HR teams navigate challenges while keeping their people and business priorities in focus.

But with no two organisations quite alike, finding the right partners matters. Different workforce needs call for different solutions, and the value of a provider goes beyond the products or services it offers. The strongest partnerships are built on an understanding of organisational priorities, a shared commitment to progress, and the ability to deliver meaningful impact over time.

This is the thinking behind HRO's annual HR Vendors of the Year recognition, which shines a spotlight on leading HR solution providers across Singapore and Malaysia. Now in its 21st year in both markets, respectively, the recognition brings together winners and finalists across a wide range of categories, reflecting the breadth of expertise and solutions available to support HR teams in both markets.

Celebrating the 2026 winners and finalists

The results of this year's recognition were unveiled at the respective awards galas, bringing together the HR and solution-provider communities to celebrate the organisations making a difference to the function. In Singapore, the winners were recognised across 30 categories on 23 October, while the Malaysia edition celebrated its winners across 33 categories on 29 October.

These winners, alongside the finalists who were in the running, are all showcased in our annual listings in both markets â€“ useful reference points for HR teams as you build your roadmap for 2027. So, if you are in the midst of reviewing your current solutions, considering new approaches, or identifying potential partners for the road ahead, we welcome you to check out our special editions below.
