Ahead of the 29 May gala, here's a look at the organisations redefining EX in Thailand through impactful people strategies, innovation, and measurable business results.
The wait is finally over. The finalists of the Employee Experience Awards 2026, Thailand have been unveiled, spotlighting organisations that are raising the bar for employee experience across the nation.
The winners across all 45 categories will be announced at the highly anticipated gala night on 29 May 2026.
Now in its third year, this prestigious awards programme continues to honour organisations that are redefining employee experience through innovative strategies, meaningful engagement, and a steadfast commitment to workplace excellence.
Evaluated by a distinguished panel of senior HR leaders, this year’s entries raised the bar across the board. Submissions stood out not just for their creativity and innovation, but for how effectively they connected people strategies to measurable business impact, setting a new standard for HR excellence in Thailand.
The judging panel shared their reflections on this year’s outstanding submissions:
Achariyaporn Ruengsan-ajin, Chief People Officer, Plan B Media, shared: "Serving on the judging panel for the Employee Experience Awards has been a truly inspiring experience. The submissions reflect how HR is evolving from a support function into a strategic driver of business transformation.
