Up the ranks: Amy Cohn is named as SmartBear’s new Chief People Officer

With more than 20 years of experience in HR, Cohn will lead the global People & Culture teams, driving the company’s growth.

US-based software development company SmartBear has named Amy Cohn its new Chief People Officer (pictured above).

In her new role, Cohn leads the global People & Culture teams, overseeing talent and people strategies, culture, and environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives, including diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

Moreover, she joins the company’s executive leadership team, where more than half of the team comprises women leaders.

As a 20+ year veteran in the HR industry, Cohn boasts over 15 years of leadership experience at organisations like Quickbase, and most recently served as Chief People Officer at Allego.

She joins SmartBear at a time of transformation, innovation, and growth for the company, driven by AI and automation. Per the statement, she is committed to fostering a company culture that supports the company’s business goals and strategies, while meeting the needs and aspirations of employees worldwide.
