Up the ranks: F5 welcomes Anjali Parmar as VP, People & Culture for APCJ & India Innovation

In her role, Anjali will shape the strategic direction, operational leadership, and transformation of the business and P&C function across F5 India Innovation, F5 India, and APCJ.

Anjali Parmar (pictured above) has joined American networking and security company F5 as VP, People & Culture for APCJ & India Innovation, effective 27 January 2025.

Based in Singapore, she will shape the strategic direction, operational leadership, and evolution of the People & Culture function across F5 India Innovation, F5 India, and APCJ. The role will involve her working closely with business leaders to drive people strategies that foster growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

Anjali comes to the team with a wealth of experience leading large-scale HR transformations, building high-performing regional teams, and driving diversity & inclusion initiatives

With a global perspective shaped by her experience living and working across different markets, she previously relocated from the US to Singapore.

Prior to F5, Anjali led Zscaler’s People & Culture team across multiple APAC and Japan markets, working as a strategic partner to senior functional and geographical leaders. She played a key role in aligning the people strategy with Zscaler’s transformation priorities, focusing on organisational design, scalable people strategies, and business performance, impact, and growth.

Beyond work, Anjali enjoys reading, yoga, and hiking — practices that reflect her commitment to continuous learning, balance, and resilience. She also contributes to open-source projects and actively volunteers with grassroots organisations, believing in the importance of giving back to the communities her company operates in.
