The senior leader will lead Prosperr.io's people strategy and business operations as the company enters the next phase of expansion.
Prosperr.io, India-based AI-driven platform for taxation, payroll and financial wellness, has appointed Hariom Verma as Senior Vice President – People and Business Operations.
In this role, Verma will lead Prosperr.io’s people strategy, organisational design and operational excellence as the company moves into its next phase of growth. He will be responsible for scaling people systems, strengthening leadership capabilities, and driving alignment across functions to support expansion into new markets.
The HR leader has more than 13 years of leadership experience in high-growth startups and technology-led organisations, including Infra.Market, nference, Walmart Labs, and Delhivery. He also has experience in building and scaling agile teams, establishing performance-driven systems and leading initiatives focused on culture, capability and growth.
