Pos Malaysia, the national post and parcel service provider, has appointed Natalia binti Ahmed Shukri Navin as its new Group Chief People Officer, effective 2 January 2025.
In this role, Natalia will report to Group CEO Charles Brewer, and focus on strengthening Pos Malaysia’s People strategy, with an emphasis on cultural transformation, talent management and development, employee engagement, and safety.
Commenting on her appointment, Brewer said: "We are thrilled to welcome Natalia to the Pos Malaysia family as a valued member of our senior management team.
"She is an accomplished HR leader with a proven track record in building high-performing teams and driving transformative organisational change. Her vast experience and deep expertise in human resources, honed in both Malaysian and multinational companies, will be instrumental in advancing our People strategy and taking it to new heights.”
Prior to joining Pos Malaysia, the HR leader served as Chief Human Resource Officer at Maxis (2019-2024).
A qualified lawyer with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Staffordshire, she began her career at Zaid Ibrahim & Co, specialising in industrial relations and employment law. She has also worked with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, and has held HR leadership roles across various sectors, driving people initiatives and transformation efforts across the Asia Pacific region.
Expressing her excitement at being part of Pos Malaysia's ongoing transformation journey, Natalia said: "Pos Malaysia’s culture of putting people first and its dedication to employee growth and success truly resonate with me.
