Up the ranks: Priya Khivansara steps up to lead rewards, recognition, and performance for SEA at Accenture

This new role will see Priya focusing on enhancing efficiency, fostering collaboration, and driving strategic talent management as her top priority this year.

Priya Khivansara (picture above) has taken on a new role as Rewards, Recognition, and Performance Lead for Southeast Asia at Accenture. Based in Singapore, she now oversees the function in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia, reporting to the APAC Head of Rewards, Recognition, and Performance.

Before joining Accenture, Priya was Head of Rewards for North Asia and Compensation Head for the revenue business across APAC at Citi.

This new role will see Priya focusing on enhancing efficiency, fostering collaboration, and driving strategic talent management as her top priority this year. Her approach is rooted in leveraging data-driven insights and analytics to enhance decision-making, streamlining ways of working through improved governance and operational excellence, as well as integrating workforce planning with benefits strategies to reimagine talent practices.

Speaking to HRO one of the biggest challenges in APAC she says she is gearing up to tackle is balancing cost efficiency with employee experience in an increasingly dynamic labour market. "Organisations are facing growing expectations around pay transparency, equity, and holistic wellbeing while managing economic pressures.

"A key focus will be ensuring we design an agile rewards framework that supports both attraction and retention, particularly as hybrid work, skills-based pay, and transforming organisational models take centre stage," she explained.
