Vinti brings a wealth of experience in communications, branding, and people operations from her previous roles.
United We Care has announced several key leadership appointments, including within its people team.
Namely, Vinti Agarwal [pictured above] will take up the role of Director of People Experience. In joining the generative AI driven mental health company, Agarwal brings a wealth of experience in communications, branding, and people operations from her roles at Shopclues, Sprinklr, and Speechify.
She states: "I believe that a positive employee experience is the cornerstone of a thriving company.
"I'm thrilled to join United We Care and contribute to building a culture where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential."
