This year’s notable winners include Central Retail Corporation, Central Restaurants Group, Delta Electronics (Thailand), SCB X, I.P. ONE, and Thai Group Holdings.
B.Grimm took home the top honours as the Overall Winner at the HR Excellence Awards 2026 – Thailand, leading a strong field of organisations recognised for their achievements across Thailand’s HR landscape.
The organisation stood out across multiple categories, taking home 10 gold and three silver trophies for its work in people strategy, workplace transformation and employee experience.
The winners were announced at gala night held at Conrad Bangkok on 2 October, bringing together HR leaders and organisations from across the country to celebrate another year of people and workplace excellence.
Joining B.Grimm among this year’s notable winners were Central Retail Corporation, Central Restaurants Group, Delta Electronics (Thailand), SCB X, I.P. ONE, Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients, Thai Wah, Bangchak Corporation, and Thai Group Holdings, that were recognised across the breadth of HR.
Now in its sixth edition, the awards programme features 43 categories, including three new categories,:
- Excellence in the Use of Generative AI for HR,
- Excellence in AI-Enabled Workforce Transformation, and
- Excellence in Performance Management Evolution

This year’s entries were judged by a panel of leading HR leaders from BTS Group Holding, Compass Hospitality, Diageo Thailand, Ingredion Thailand, lebua Bangkok, Nestlé Indochina, UOB Thailand, and Rhenus Logistics, bringing diverse perspectives and expertise to the judging process.
