Pall Corporation's new manufacturing facility in Singapore to create up to 300 jobs, serve as regional hub

The roles are expected to be in science, engineering, and advanced manufacturing, with an emphasis on training and developing new talent as well as enabling transfer of knowledge.

Pall Corporation held its opening ceremony for a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Singapore on 13 June 2024 (Thursday), which will serve regional and global customers within the growing semiconductor industry.

The new site is expected to create up to 300 jobs in science, engineering, and advanced manufacturing over the next few years. It will emphasise training and developing new talent, as well as knowledge transfer, to support sector growth as part of Singapore’s long-term strategy. 

The company shared in a press release that "there will be a consistent focus on talent development aligned to broader strategic national priorities to ensure that the advanced manufacturing industry can thrive in Singapore. The new facility will also increase capacity to support cutting-edge technologies and scale new applications like generative AI.

In addition, the newly completed seven-acre facility includes over 18,000 square meters of manufacturing and office space, integrate R&D capabilities and help customers in demanding industries meet the growing demand for data processing and storage.

Naresh Narasimhan, Danaher Group Executive High Growth Markets & Pall Corporation commented: "This new facility is not only an important development for advancing semiconductor manufacturing technology, but also an important next step for Pall.
