Methodology

Rankings are based on nationally representative YouGov data for Singapore. Brands were assessed on consideration among future travellers, satisfaction among current and former customers, and value and quality among the Singapore nationally representative population.

Future travellers are defined as respondents who are “likely” or “very likely” to purchase travel and leisure products in the next 12 months. A minimum base size of 300 respondents was required.

To qualify for top rankings, brands must have been tracked for at least six months, whereas to qualify as top improvers, brands must have been tracked for at least 18 months.
