Located adjacent to the ICA building, the ISC will offer a one-stop service experience, including the option to self-collect passports and identity cards from automated kiosks.
Singapore’s Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) is preparing for the transition to its new ICA Services Centre (ISC), which will begin operations on 7 April 2025. To ensure a smooth move, counter services at the existing ICA building will be suspended from 1 to 4 April 2025.
As shared by ICA, during this period, ICA officers will conduct final system tests and fine-tune processes. No walk-ins will be accepted, but urgent cases will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Here are the cases that may be provided:
- Passport for urgent travel;
- Oath-taking for minors turning 22 years old between 1 and 6 April 2025,; and
- Completion of formalities for immigration passes expiring between 1 and 6 April 2025.
While counter services are unavailable, the public can still submit applications via ICA’s website or MyICA mobile app, contact ICA through the feedback form, or call the ICA Hotline (6391 6100). The public is advised to complete their transactions before the transition period to avoid disruptions.
Currently, individuals requiring ICA services must visit different levels of the ICA building for various transactions. Additionally, passport and identity card collections require advance appointment bookings, which can be inconvenient for some customers. Recognising the need for a more seamless and efficient service experience, ICA is transitioning to the ISC, which will consolidate multiple services under one roof.
The ISC is adjacent to the current ICA building and will maintain the same operating hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
What to expect at the ISC
From 7 April 2025, the ISC will offer a one-stop service experience, eliminating the need to visit multiple levels for different services. Come July 2025, customers will be able to self-collect their passports and identity cards from automated kiosks — without needing an appointment. More details on these enhancements will be shared in due course.
While the ISC will be accessible via public transport, due to ongoing works, public parking will not be available until 2027. However, a drop-off point at the ISC entrance will allow convenient access for visitors.
Those who still wish to drive may park their vehicle at alternative public carparks along North Bridge Road, Crawford Lane or French Road.
