Global insurer Chubb has appointed Arun Kumar Sahu as Head of HR Operations, strengthening its HR leadership team as the company continues to focus on HR transformation, digitalisation, and operational excellence.
Prior to joining Chubb, Arun was Lead Global People Services at Electronic Arts (EA). Sharing the news in a LinkedIn post, Arun said he was thrilled to join Chubb Business Services and lead the organisation’s HR operations function.
In his new role, Arun will lead HR operations, transformation, and digitalisation efforts, while also overseeing HR compliance and governance.
Commenting on his appointment, Arun noted that "Chubb’s culture of excellence and people-first approach" closely align with his professional values. He also shared that he looked forward to working with the team to drive transformation and future growth initiatives across the organisation.
