Up the ranks: Bhaulal Salunke is Hyatt Centric Juhu's new Human Resources Manager

With over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Salunke is dedicated to creating a workplace where his colleagues feel supported, recognised, and empowered to grow.

Hyatt Centric Juhu has named Bhaulal Salunke (pictured above) as its new Human Resources Manager.

In this role, he will oversee the hotel’s human resources strategy, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and learning and development. He will also play a key role in fostering a people-centric culture aligned with Hyatt’s global ethos of care.

Bringing more than a decade of experience in hospitality, Salunke started out in hospitality operations, with his early exposure to people management sparking his move into HR.

He has since built his expertise across workforce planning, team leadership, and organisational development, with a strong focus on recruitment, performance management, training, and employee engagement.

In its announcement, the hospitality company credited Salunke for several hotel pre-opening projects across Maharashtra, citing his contribution to team building, HR processes, and culture shaping at properties such as Hyatt Place Aurangabad Airport, Enrise by Sayaji Aurangabad, and The Fern group of hotels.

An alumnus with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Administration, Salunke brings a blend of operational understanding and HR expertise to the role to support both employee growth and operational excellence.

Sharing his enthusiasm, Salunke said: "Hospitality is ultimately about people. Having worked closely with operational teams for many years, I understand the passion and dedication that hospitality demands.

"At Hyatt Centric Juhu, my focus will be on creating a workplace where colleagues feel supported, recognised and empowered to grow, because when people feel valued, they naturally deliver exceptional guest experiences."
