Up the ranks: Bitkub Capital Group elevates its people strategy with Kanchanok Junlabon as Group CPO

She will be responsible for driving transformational growth and leadership excellence, spearheading Bitkub’s IPO readiness and SEC compliance frameworks.

Kanchanok Junlabon (White) has taken on the role of Group Chief People Officer at Bitkub Capital Group Holdings, effective April 2026. In her role, she will lead the company's people and culture strategy, focusing on transformational growth and leadership excellence.

Bitkub said her expertise will be critical as she spearheads Bitkub’s IPO preparations and strengthens its SEC compliance frameworks. She will also be at the forefront of Bitkub’s evolution into an AI-led company, aligning its human capital with the future of technology and innovation.

White comes with a strong track record in HR strategy, organisation design, and tech & digital talent acquisition, adding significant depth of experience and expertise to the team. A senior HR executive with over 20 years of experience, she has partnered closely with founders and CEOs to build high‑performance organisations across fintech, technology, and investment sectors.

Her career spans roles including as Chief Human Resources Officer at Pi Securities Public Company, and as Head of Strategic People Partner at Ascend Group. In these roles, she has been credited for demonstrating "an exceptional ability to build internal technology and product teams and to lead end-to-end HR strategies that enable digital transformation", Bitkub said. This background, it added, positions her to play a pivotal role in driving Bitkub’s IPO readiness and regulatory compliance, while shaping a future-ready, innovation-driven workforce.

In a LinkedIn post responding to the appointment, Khun White expressed her gratitude, saying: "Thank you for the warm welcome — I’m truly excited to be here and grateful for the trust."
