Conexus Studio has welcomed Priscilla Gabrielle Chan (pictured above) as its new Director, People and Culture, as the company continues its regional expansion across Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia.
Chan brings with her a strong track record in people operations and organisational development, most recently having held a leadership role at Entravision APAC in Singapore. Over the years, she has built a reputation for nurturing talent, fostering inclusive cultures, and creating environments where people are empowered to do their best work.
In her new role, she will lead Conexus Studio’s internal development agenda, while focusing on strengthening employee growth, embedding diversity and inclusion, and cultivating a workplace where individuals feel supported, valued, and inspired.
Sharing her views, Chan said that in order to design exceptional work environments for clients, it is important to first cultivate one internally.
“I’m thrilled to be joining a team that truly values inclusivity, continuous growth, and human-centered design – not just in the spaces we create, but in how we work together.” she shared.
Her appointment marks a key milestone in Conexus Studio’s next phase of growth, as the company reinforces its leadership team to meet the changing needs of organisations across Southeast Asia.
