Her responsibilities in this new role include overseeing market benchmarking and competitiveness, rewards programmes, and ensuring the offerings align with the organisation's business goals.
Priya Tiruviti (pictured above) has joined Meta as Director of Compensation and Benefits for APAC, effective January 2026.
Reporting to the Global Head of Rewards, Priya will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies across the APAC region, including overseeing market benchmarking, rewards programmes, and ensuring the company's offerings remain competitive and aligned with its business goals.
Speaking to HRO, she shares that in her new role, she aims to address the intensifying competition for top talent, particularly within the tech sector as she notes that attracting and retaining skilled professionals — while meeting their evolving expectations — continues to be a key challenge.
With this in mind, a top priority for her would be to enhance Meta's total rewards framework to support the firms' growth in APAC, with a focus on employee wellbeing and retention.
When asked what she is most excited about in this next chapter, Priya shares: "I am excited to work with a dynamic team at Meta and to contribute to innovative rewards solutions that make a real impact on our employees’ experience across such a diverse region."
She also looks forward to tapping into APAC’s diverse talent pool by tailoring rewards and benefits to local needs, helping to drive engagement and performance.
Prior to joining Meta, Priya was the Rewards Recognition and Performance Lead for Southeast Asia at Accenture.
