180 new roles to be created across India as Simandhar Education ramps up hiring

The institute is looking to nearly double its workforce, opening roles in academic, tech, and business functions across key Indian cities.

Simandhar Education, a provider of finance and accounting certifications, has announced a nationwide hiring drive as part of its expansion strategy.

The drive will create 180 new roles across Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Delhi, while also extending to Mumbai and Ahmedabad. With this, Simandhar’s workforce will grow from its current strength of 200 employees to 390 by the end of FY2025-26. This, the statement said, is one of the most significant recruitment phases in the company’s history.

Positions will be spread across academic, technology, and business functions. These include:

  • 50 academic counsellors (inside sales B2C) in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and Delhi to mentor aspiring finance professionals.
  • Senior roles in Hyderabad, such as digital marketing managers, finance managers, and business development managers to drive brand outreach.
  • Technology roles, including MERN stack developers to enhance digital platforms.
  • Quality auditors to maintain academic and service standards.

Commenting on the announcement, Sripal Jain, Founder & CEO of Simandhar Education, said: “India is fast emerging as a global hub for finance and accounting talent. At Simandhar, we see it as our responsibility to build the capacity required to meet this demand.”

He further added that the hiring drive across Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Delhi is positioned as part of Simandhar’s efforts to scale with quality, broaden access to training and mentorship, as well as build a future-ready organisation that contributes to India’s role as a global talent hub.

With this expansion, the company aims to strengthen its 82% student success ratio, enhance learner support, and setting new benchmarks for quality and accessibility in finance education.
