Congratulations to the team on the Gold, Silver, and Overall wins!
CIMB has been named the Employee Experience Champion of the Year at the 5th Annual Employee Experience Awards Malaysia, held on Friday, 23 May 2025, at Le Méridien Petaling Jaya.
The organisation also walked away with the prestigious Overall Leadership Award and Overall Learning Award, along with an impressive collection of seven Gold and five Silver trophies.
This year’s awards featured 42 carefully curated categories, built around four core pillars:
- Leadership,
- Learning,
- Engagement, and
- Talent Acquisition, capturing the full spectrum of modern HR excellence.
Reflecting the awards’ evolution alongside the changing workplace landscape, six new categories were introduced, including Most Innovative Leadership Development Programme, Best Learning Technology Implementation, and Best Talent Sourcing and Attraction Strategy, among others.
