Raising the bar: Winners of the HR Excellence Awards 2024, Singapore

A total of 113 winners, lauded for their outstanding achievements in workplace wellbeing, women empowerment, HR innovation, and more!

Borouge has once again proven its HR excellence, securing four Gold and two Silver trophies to retain the Overall HREA Winner title at the HR Excellence Awards 2024 in Singapore.

The leading petrochemical solutions provider celebrated this remarkable achievement alongside other industry leaders at a glittering gala dinner hosted at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore on 11 October 2024 (Friday).

Now in its 12th year, the HR Excellence Awards 2024, Singapore â€” our biggest one to date â€” showcased outstanding achievements across 40 categories, with a total of 113 trophies given out. The winning submissions demonstrated innovative approaches to employee management and agile human capital strategies.

From talent acquisition and workforce engagement to leadership development and employee retention, the awards celebrate the organisations setting new benchmarks for HR best practices.
