Shine like gold: Winners of the Employee Experience Awards 2025, Hong Kong

Tam Jai International triumphs as Grand Winner with outstanding achievements across 12 categories.

By sweeping an impressive seven gold, three silver, and two bronze trophies, Tam Jai International has been crowned as Grand Winner at the Employee Experience Awards 2025, Hong Kong.

Taking place on 25 June 2025 at Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers, the glamourous awards ceremony and gala dinner hosted over 100 top-notch HR professionals, who gathered to celebrate their accomplishments in transforming their workplaces into an employee-centric haven where everyone can flourish and thrive.

Employee Experience Awards Hong Kong was built upon four key essential pillars for a positive employee experience: leadership, learning, engagement, and talent acquisition. A total of 25 categories were carefully curated, including new ones such as Best Learning Culture Journey and Best Talent Sourcing and Attraction Strategy to reflect the evolving market dynamics.

Additionally, a new individual award was introduced this year: Most Inspiring Leader, aiming to recognise a leader who has demonstrated exceptional leadership at any level, and has stepped up to help individuals and teams navigate personal and business challenges.
