With over 500 employees in Singapore, the HQ is home to critical functions such as business service operations, the Creative Play Lab, the LEGO Agency, engineering & quality, commercial strategy, and more.
The LEGO Group has expanded its regional headquarters in Singapore, with the aim to attract top talent, foster collaboration, and deliver innovative play experiences to children across the APAC region.
Present in Singapore for over a decade, the Group acknowledged the country as an ideal location for its APAC regional hub given its "world‑class infrastructure, stable operating environment, deep talent pool, and vibrant innovation ecosystem."
The headquarters spans more than 7,000sqm across four floors, including an additional 1.5‑floor expansion. Features include a life-size LEGO® Uncle Otter that aims to bring workplace experience and spark collaboration, creativity and connection that will in turn empower employees to grow and succeed.
LEGO said the office also focuses on a holistic approach to wellbeing, with a variety of space typologies that supports various needs and working styles. These include focus areas, hybrid collaboration zones, social spaces and areas designed for play.
To better support inclusivity, dedicated wellbeing and parents' rooms have been added, as well as open and quiet spaces to better support neurodiverse colleagues.
Currently, the LEGO Group employs at least 500 people in Singapore and is home to critical functions, ranging from business service operations, the Creative Play Lab, the LEGO Agency, engineering & quality, commercial strategy, branded channels, global supply chain and procurement operations.
Sharing his excitement at the ribbon-cutting ceremony on 13 February 2026 (Thursday), Claus Kristensen, SVP APAC, LEGO Group, said that the expansion is about creating a workplace that inspires creativity, collaboration and a sense of belonging.
"Singapore provides the perfect environment for us to grow and innovate as we continue to deliver meaningful play experiences to consumers across Asia Pacific."
