The wait is over: Meet the finalists of the Employee Experience Awards 2026, Malaysia

On Thursday, 14 May 2026, join us as we honour the organisations that are turning bold people strategies into meaningful employee experiences – and setting new benchmarks for the future of work.

Great news, Malaysia HR teams! The wait is over – we are excited to announce the finalists of the Employee Experience Awards 2026.

Following a rigorous judging process, Human Resources Online has shortlisted organisations that are delivering real, measurable impact through their people strategies. These finalists reflect a growing maturity in how companies approach employee experience — with clear links to business performance, leadership accountability, and long-term workforce development.

Now in its sixth edition, the Awards continues to recognise organisations that are raising standards across the HR function. From talent acquisition and leadership development to wellbeing and inclusion, this year’s entries showcased a strong focus on execution, outcomes, and scalability.

A key trend among finalists is the move away from one-off initiatives towards more integrated, end-to-end employee experience strategies. Many demonstrated how digital tools are being used to enhance engagement, while others focused on building more adaptive and inclusive workplace cultures that respond to evolving employee needs.

>MEET THE FINALISTS<

A distinguished panel of esteemed HR leaders carefully evaluated each submission, ensuring a fair, transparent, and highly competitive selection process. Their expertise and insights played a pivotal role in identifying the organisations that have truly set themselves apart this year.

Reflecting on the entries, Natalia Navin, Group Chief Officer, Pos Malaysia, shared: "It’s encouraging to see the level of transformation taking place, along with a strong and genuine focus on employees. There is great momentum, and an opportunity to continue shaping more inclusive and future-ready workplaces."

Kee Tui Kua, Head of Human Resources, Mizuho Bank (Malaysia), added: "The quality of entries was strong. Many organisations are moving beyond programmes and focusing on real outcomes. Clear links to business impact, employee experience, and leadership accountability were evident.

"Your willingness to share practices raises the standard of the profession."

Echoing this sentiment, Kiran Kaur, HR Director, Air Liquide, said: "It was a tough task judging so many excellent submissions. Reading through the entries, I felt a massive sense of pride in our profession.

"It’s clear how much heart and hard work these practitioners put into their businesses."

Meanwhile, Rich Fozi, Director of Group Human Capital and Corporate Strategy, Toyota Malaysia, noted: "Each entry represents significant effort, reflection, and progress. Many programmes are thoughtfully designed to support employees at different life and career stages while fostering trust, inclusion, and engagement."
