Bringing more than 25 years of HR leadership across healthcare, life sciences, technology, manufacturing, and professional services, she will focus on strengthening leadership, talent, and organisational capabilities at ALP.
Annie Lim (pictured above) has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer at Ally Logistic Property (ALP).
In this new role, she will partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to strengthen the organisation's leadership, talent, and organisational capabilities as it prepares for its next phase of growth and IPO readiness.
Prior to joining ALP, Lim was Head of Human Resources (Global) at Lonza, where she was a key member of the senior leadership team, leading HR strategy and aligning HR initiatives with business goals. She oversaw organisational and talent development, change management, compliance, employee performance, and the implementation of global HR strategies.
Announcing the move on LinkedIn, Lim shared that she was honoured to begin a new chapter with ALP after more than 25 years leading people and culture across industries including healthcare, life sciences, technology, manufacturing, and professional services.
She said she was drawn to the company's bold vision, entrepreneurial spirit, and commitment to innovation, adding that she looks forward to working with CEO Charlie Chang, the leadership team, and employees across the organisation to strengthen leadership capability, develop talent, and foster a high-performing team culture where people and business can grow together.
Reflecting on her career, Lim also expressed gratitude to the colleagues, mentors, leaders, and friends who have shaped her journey. "Every experience has shaped my leadership and reinforced a belief I hold deeply: an organisation’s greatest competitive advantage is its people."
As she embarks on her new role, she affirmed that her leadership philosophy continues to be centred on being "purpose-led, people-empowered, performance-driven", with an emphasis on listening with humility, building through partnership, and leading with purpose.
