Up the ranks: BRED IT Thailand welcomes Chutinun Srisuma as Head of HR & Workplace Experience

Chutinun joins the company with over a decade HR experience across insurance, telecommunications, consulting, banking, and retail finance.

BRED IT Thailand, an IT services and consulting company under French bank BRED Banque Populaire, has welcomed Chutinun Srisuma as its new Head of Human Resources & Workplace Experience, effective May 2026.

Chutinun brings human resources experience across the insurance, telecommunications, consulting, banking, and retail finance sectors. Her background spans HR business partnering, people development, training and recruitment, change management, and HR management.

Prior to joining BRED IT Thailand, she served as VP – HR Business Partner at Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance. She has also held HR roles at Deloitte, Generali Life Assurance Thailand, DTAC, and Thai Credit Retail Bank. 

According to BRED IT Thailand, Chutinun’s experience reflects "a strong passion for helping people and organisations grow together."

In a LinkedIn post announcing the appointment, the company said: "We are excited for the care, perspective, and experience she will bring to our people and culture.
