Huy Nguyen has stepped into a new role as Head of People Experience at Samsung Electronics Vietnam.

Nguyen announced the move on LinkedIn, describing it as a new chapter in his career.

Throughout his career in People & Organisation development, Nguyen said one belief has consistently guided his work: that sustainable business growth begins and ends with empowering people.

He noted that workplace dynamics and innovation are evolving at a rapid pace, making it increasingly important for organisations to build agile, high-trust and human-centric cultures.

In his new role at Samsung Electronics Vietnam, Nguyen said he sees an opportunity to shape employee journeys, strengthen organisational resilience and create environments where talent can thrive and innovate.

Nguyen previously served as Senior Manager, Head of People Experience at Samsung Electronics Vietnam.

Prior to joining Samsung, he held several HR and people leadership positions, including Country HR Lead – Vietnam at Organon and Head of People, APAC at Dialectica among others.

Looking ahead, Nguyen said he is eager to collaborate with the Samsung Electronics Vietnam team as they work towards shaping the future of workplace experience.

He also expressed his appreciation to his mentors, leaders, colleagues and wider professional community for their trust and partnership throughout his career.
