Sodexo has appointed Sasha Vijayananthan as Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa (APMEA).
In her new role, Sasha will work with leaders and teams across the region as Sodexo continues to strengthen its people capabilities, culture and organisational performance.
Sasha brings more than 30 years of experience across human resources, governance, enterprise risk and transformation. She has worked closely with boards and executive leadership teams, with a focus on helping organisations navigate change and build high-performing cultures.
Prior to joining Sodexo, Sasha held leadership roles at Bumi Armada, Sime Darby and Ernst & Young Advisory, among others.
Reflecting on her first week at Sodexo, Sasha said: "I am incredibly excited and energised by what I have seen and by the journey ahead."
Looking ahead, Sasha said she is focused on partnering with leaders and teams to build on Sodexo’s culture, strengthen people capabilities and create an environment where employees can thrive and perform at their best.
As she settles into the role, Sasha said she feels privileged to be part of the organisation and looks forward to contributing to its continued success across the region.
