Yogita steps into the HR leadership role with over 19 years of experience across talent, culture, and business partnering, as she takes on responsibility for shaping Uni Klinger’s people agenda and future-ready workforce strategy.
Uni Klinger, a manufacturer of fluid control products and fluid sealing products, has appointed Yogita Shetty as its new Head of Human Resources, marking another milestone in her nearly two decades-long HR leadership journey.
Prior to joining the company, Yogita served as Head Corporate HR and Business HR for Environment, Agriculture, & Projects Businesses at Neterwala Group.
According to a LinkedIn announcement by Uni Klinger, Yogita brings more than 19 years of experience across talent management, culture, organisational effectiveness, and business partnering. Throughout her career, she has led people strategies aimed at supporting business growth and organisational transformation.
In her new role, she will lead Uni Klinger’s people agenda, with a focus on strengthening leadership capability, fostering a high-performance culture, enhancing employee experience, and building a future-ready organisation aligned with the company’s growth plans.
Sharing the news in her own LinkedIn post, Yogita reflected on the role people and culture play in business success.
