Kristen Pressner (pictured above) has joined Nokia as its Chief People Officer, where she will be spearheading the company's people and culture agenda. Working collaboratively with the CEO and Group leadership team, Pressner will focus her efforts on aligning culture, capabilities, and ways of working with Nokia's technology and AI-driven strategy, supporting the company's strategic evolution.
With over 30 years of global HR leadership experience across the US, Europe and emerging markets under her belt, Pressner has been recognised for shaping inclusive, high-performing organisations and enabling business impact at scale.
Prior to joining Nokia, she was the Global Head of People & Culture for Roche Diagnostics within the broader Roche Group. Her time at Roche also included senior roles such as Head of Human Resources for Diagnostics across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America, alongside key leadership positions within Group Human Resources.
Earlier in her career, Kristen spent approximately a decade with Texas Instruments in various human resources capacities.
Recognised as a thoughtful voice on equitable leadership and modern people practices, Kristen is also a respected speaker on topics including empowering women leaders, neurodiversity, and unconscious bias.
